So am I now that i have my new computer in my clean study (if you don't look too hard at the bottom of my chair) :?

I am finding that viewing stuff on my LCD is super-bright compared with the CRT. Just need to get used to it I guess..

Anyhow, thanks in advance!

I have the same issues with my LCD's.

I corrected it by turning the brightness way down and adjusted the contrast (until black actually looks... well... black... in a dark room).

You'll find that everything is easier on your eyes that way.

Yes, I have done that, although I could probably go lower. Will try it.

:)

Not complaining too much about the buttons, but could there be a bigger change when the thread indicates read/unread? maybe change the outer circle along with the inner box...

just suggestions...use or not.

I was actually thinking the same thing (if you are indeed refering to the default theme "damaged").

I was thinking along the lines of yellow for new, green for old.

I like the button change on the dark theme, makes them stand out more. Just a thought, if you're feeling like it, what about having Mr. Smiley up there being the buttons with different colors? Not sure how well he'd translate smaller though. Anyway, I'm sticking with "damaged" for a while. :)
