borders are gone

Hey the borders around posts and topics are gone from Comic Book? Is that related to you fixing the background for emoticons? Anyway, not too big a deal, just breaks it up better. Is that something I can change?

Son of a...

Ugh... yes, that's totally related to the change I made. I'll look at it again and see what I can do. It may be that we either have a black background for emoticons or broken borders. Your choice.

Yes they are... but the background for the emoticons is also black again.

I need to get off my ass and create a new class in the css for that, then edit the php to implement it.
