Forum Upgrade

I upgraded the forum software to the latest, greatest build at 4:40am PST.

If you notice any odd behavior, please let me know.

Admins: You may have to log on a second time to access the control pannel (I had to). This is a new security feature.

I've noticed quite a bit of oddness here lately, not so much with the server, more the people :)
