I got an email from my higher headquarters. They are looking for volunteers to go to Iraq and help set up networks. The big selling point is the 50% danger pay! hehehe

Your danger pay is 50%, but the bounty on US soldiers is higher.
Play it safe.

I'm a civilian. There is NO WAY IN HELL I'd go, I thought is was super funny they are asking for volunteers. Let some Halliburton sub-contractor yahoo get blown up.

Dang. Nothing for a Senior Applications Engineer.
Guess I'll just have to stay here, in the land of plaid.
