ooops

better explain seeing as that prolly made about as much sense as the amorous advances of a chihuahua to a rotty...

NTL are a cable / tv / communications company in the UK...

they have a range of packages including cable modems digital tv analogue tv, phones etc...

about 2 years ago i switched the cable tv to digital ( s.n.t.s. again! )... as part fo the package the analogue phone line was supposed to be rent free.... however after i finally got round to disecting the bill with a fine toothed comb ( 2 years later! ) i found that they were still charging me for an analogue line at 13 quid a month ( about $19 funny money ) ....

of course i was a little perturbed about this.... so i phoned them up and asked ever so nicely for a refund... NOW... or face the wrath of the little fat bald guy....

needless to say it bought an air ticket for me to see my princess :)

upon checking it appears that quite a few of my friends have fallen fowl of the same ' free ' analogue phone scam!!! hmmmmmmm

is it
