I have had the Marmalite on toast ... think that was some sort of meat spread.. vegemite sounds a little like cow food not cow meat...

Wonder if Baldy could supply a few cans of Ox Tail Soup... a personal favorite.

Instructons noted.

I will follow the official Australian protocol for Vegemite consumption and will record results using scientific methodology (ie. I'll have plain toast for use as a "control").
