great - big , good huge enourmous ( even though everything in the UK is smaller ... yeah EVERYTHING )

op - the bottom of cowboy's spine has turned to shit.... so he's gonna have an "operation" to replace the shit with something infinitly more useful ... like hopefully a working spine....
