I tend to not often speak about my personal life here. A handful of minor victories have come and gone in the last year that I haven't said one word about. But this one is pretty huge, so I'm gonna go ahead and brag myself up a little.

I got a call from my #1 grad school today, and they don't call you with bad news. I got accepted into the Fine Arts grad program at Kansas under expanded media, and offered a SUBSTANTIAL scholarship. I'm most likely gonna take it.

So, sorry if I seem immodest, but... YAY ME!

BTW - As I've had quite a bit of time on my hands, I've used thus said time to continue digesting "Unto the Wasteland".

Fucking brilliant, I must say.

You should post a couple tracks here for people to run through. May I suggest "Traitor" and "The Queen is Dead".

Explanation: I'm in my last semester of work for my Bachelor's degree in fine arts. I applied back in February to get into grad school at KU (I want to teach on the University level so I need a Masters Degree in Fine Arts). Yesterday, I got a phone call telling me that I have been accepted into their program, and they're giving me a large scholarship to do it. I looked at a number of programs and this was my first choice, so I'm pretty damn thrilled!

And if your confused about what Tone was talking about, I also record albums from time to time, and he's talking about my newest one. And its nice to hear because there has been little to no interest about it thus far, and I put a lot into it!
