I've been on hold for half an hour trying to find out why my services aren't hooked up 10 days ago. Thankfully, Comcast has a 10 day grace period after cancellation before services are cut. Quantum Fiber is really shittin the bed on their rollout.

So far it goes NOT GOOD. They haven't even installed it! The notice they left on my door saying "SURE THING ITS GOOD WEEEEE!" WAS A LIE! They're having difficulties at the pole. We'll see when it goes down. Its been attempting to install since 9/22/21
