HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! *gasp* HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! *tear* HA!!!
This is what happens when you disagree with science and common sense.
<sarcasm> I'm sure he'll be fine. He's 74 and morbidly obese... I see an easy recovery in store. </sarcasm>
I'm sure this is going to cause dismay and confusion for a lot of people. Probably even more so if Trump ends up on a ventilator (or worse). Of course, they'll see this as proof that some Democrat run deep state conspiracy to infect him because they knew they couldn't beat him in November (or some such other nonsense.. they're typically not the brightest bulbs in the closet).
I've been watching various news coverage and noticed that Fox is only showing images where Trump is wearing a mask. Not many images in their library.
I'm insanely concerned about our nation and continuity of government if he becomes severely I'll. This is a massively destabilizing event.
Is it wrong for me to laugh at someone catching this horrible disease? Yes. Am I an asshole? Yes. Do I care? Not really (see also: the bit about me being an asshole). It's karmic justice that someone who's played it off like it's nothing catches it.

He'll either be asymptomatic, or it will be very mild. Then we'll have to hear about how he beat the virus and he was right all along that it wasn't a big deal. It will just fuel the fire for people who think this is all a hoax.
I wonder what the narrative will shift to after the election and the virus is still in full force.

He will have the best medical care available in our nation, so that's possible. Personally, I hope it's on the severe side, not because I hate the POTUS, but because it will drive home the message to deniers that this virus is a serious issue, and it is up to each and every one of us to take personal responsibility and do everything in our power to contain it.

That depends on who wins. If Trump wins, it's more of the same, perhaps moreso because he's survived. If Biden wins, all hell will break loose, blaming Biden and his administration for the current state of the country.
