The Great and Powerful Mr. E

For those of you who don't follow me no facebook (where I actually log in daily and post... wtf is wrong with this picture?), we recently came into possession of a small little dog whom we've named "The Great and Powerful Mr. E".
My wife rescued him from getting run over on the Sunset Highway on monday. I've called the animal shelters and left a description of him and his collar (no ID on the collar) and have also searched craigslist (back 1 month) to see if anyone has lost him and wants to claim him. No word yet on that.
In the mean time, the little bastard has worked his way into my heart in a big way.

Oh... if anyone has an idea what breed Mr. E is, let me know
