I've decided that I need to pull my ass out of the puddle of self loathing that I've been lying in and get back into things.

I promise to make an appearance more often, update my blog more, and generally screw around again like I used to.

Hell yeah! As the depths of depression go (and this is something you know I have some experience in), it's always you who is responsible for pulling yourself out. Sometimes medication helps, but often it's a positive, really almost aggressive attitude that will pull you out of it.

This place has been pretty damn dead without you. Post funny shit so people will come back!
