Why wouldn't you create glow-in-the-dark cats?

I could swear I posted something about this before but I can't find it. Anyway, here's a vaguely creepy youtube clip to go with it.

What they need to do is develop a dog with glow in the dark crap. That way you wouldn't step in it at night.
