It looks like this picture of a Garden(Cross) Spider. might not be but the picture looks close!

See, encap knows that biology is all about teh sex, baby!

Speaking of its bits, this spider's metaphorical wee-wee is hanging out for all to see. This is a male spider, most likely from the same family that the aforementioned garden cross spider comes from. The giveaway is the pedipalps next to the mouth - they look almost like boxing gloves. The female's pedipalps do not bulge out at the tips. The males also tend to have smaller abdomens than the females, like the Garden Cross spider shown earlier.
