As you may have noticed, some fuckwad (Bastertenjoab9) created an account and spammed the forum with crap porn links.

Ugh...

I've deleted his account, banned the domain of the email address he used to create the account, and went through the forum deleting all his posts. If I missed any, please let me know (I so want to deny him his goal... a higher google rating for his shit website).

EDIT: To hell with it... I just banned any and all email addresses that end in .info

Since I didn't actually click the link (as it contained the name Paris Hilton in it's URL), I guess I just don't know. Perhaps I was being a little too quick on the draw there... abusing my powers as admin.

So... no... even if it's good porn, and even if I actually click on the link, if you come here with the sole intention of spamming, your posts have a strong chance of only living a short period.

Spammers beware: This forum is heavily moderated.... your stupid shit will be deleted shortly after you submit it. We will say bad things about you. We will mock your mothers and suggest that your fathers are questionable in their sexual orientation.

Go spam a myspace site instead. Those users will have no idea how to delete your post (and are gullible enough to click the link).

I saw the ID last night before he posted anything and damn near deleted him on the spot. I thought there was an outside chance he might be valid. Fair enough. Next time when I see one of his like pop up, I'll not be so patient.

And that's the hard part.... who to delete and to to leave be.

Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference, and sometimes it's blatantly obvious. I don't want to stop new users from signing up, but I don't want to be every spammers bitch.

So... here are the rules to live by:

You can delete any account:

• That's an obvious spam attempt (like the moron today)
• That signed up but didn't become active within 24 hours
• That creates an account name that you don't like (admin's discretion... yeah, we have the power)
• Any new account that has an email address ending with .ru (I'm probably going to ban the whole country)

Other rules may or may not apply. I reserve the right to change my mind or go all psycho at any time. Rinse, lather, repeat.
