Heh... did you see the guy with the socket wrench shoved UP HIS DAMN URETHRA! He decided to be all clever for the photos and was pretending to work on a car...
WITH A SOCKET WRENCH SHOVED UP HIS URETHRA!!
At what point does someone decide to that they might enjoy that? I'm sure they start small... the handle of a rat tooth comb, perhaps. Then they work up to a chopstick, a pen, a sharpie...
Bejesus... it hurts just thinking about it.

Fucking stupid.
I know I'm supposed to be accepting of this, because its his penis and his free time. However, this moron shoved a large tool up his tool and put it on the web for me to admire/cheer. And for that, he gets my derision. He is a moron. Shoving tools into your body parts and posting photos on the interweb is dumb.
Unless you are a girl. And in that event, you should probably consider putting a good, thick coat of baby oil on before you get the camera out.
Please.
Pretty please.
Thanks.

I dunno... the "OMG SEXXY HOT! HOT!" factor might just go out the window if she's got a shop vac tucked away up there.

I was thinking about the socket wrench. In fact, several hours later, I'm still thinking about it.

Do you ever wonder how many signs we need that the world is over-populated?? It seems they are everywhere. Do you think Romans were sticking daggers in their wang right before everything came crashing down? Makes me wonder.

Only quite recently I said something very similar to Mox.
We were talking about social controls, particularly the acceptance (or lack thereof) of deviance (so-called). When a culture is actively expanding or warring then deviance (especially sexually deviance) is a no-no. This is of course because homosexuals do not produce offspring, so it is not in a government's best interest to support it. Then when a nation has it's roots out and is fairly stable it becomes "enlightened." Of course this is a facade, they only "allow" acceptance of such deviance because it serve its purposes.
So in a round a bout way, yes I believe it is a sign of decline. But it is not due to the widespread practice of deviance that we are undone.

Agreed, I guess my societal degradation theory veered off before deviance, and towards plain stupidity. The day we have warning labels on coffee that its hot, or overweight people suing 'food' companies because they are fat, that's a problem.
In times past, in my best mixed analogy, the caveman that was burned by hot coffee was probably gored by a dinosaur, and was removed from the herd.
Natural selection is being trampled in the wake of litigation and people unwilling to accept consequences for their own actions.
Boy, the wrench in the dong is always a good conversation starter.

But you know what? It just means that when it does come to a screetching halt, it will be ever more dramatic. Natural selection has not been stopped, only stalled a little.

A little hot there, Deater? I thought the thread was getting a mite interesting all of a sudden.
JC, good stuff. But I disagree on the deviance part - Deviance (A wrench in the willy - GAH!), besides what I believe r.e. that, is also a (not the only) symptom of the decline of a society; it is the loss of a collective vision and a collective standard. Instead of adhering to common standards, and pursuing a common goal, rather,"everyone did as he saw fit."
We think we no longer need each other to survive, and we think we can define our own morality, so its more the "Hooray for me; the hell with you" mindset. We are increasingly being divided, therefore we will ultimately be conquered. SuX0rz for our kids.
Anybody got any donuts?
