Odds of dying

A lot of people don't want to fly because planes can crash. Some people won't swim in the ocean for fear of shark attack. But what are the odds?
According to the National Safety Council, the odds are as follows (for things to happen to you durring your lifetime):
Oh... your odds of winning a lottery ticket are 1 in 14,000,000... so if you're waiting for that jackpot to go to the beach and get eaten by a shark... you've got plenty of time to pack.

- On a motorcycle 1 in 1,159 (hella safer than in a car or on foot!)
- Dying in a plane crash: 1 in 5,704
- Drowning with your own vomit: 1 in 10,095
- Drowning in a bathrub: 1 in 10,582
- Getting shot by the police: 1 in 12,417
