How did they get the picture of the milky way from 10 million light years away looking TOWARD the earth?

powers of 10 have always been fun to me...
In electronics we throw around values of pico this and micro that...about the smallest value we in the electronics world throw around is femto (10 to the minus 15) somethings. I figured it out one time that the ratio of 1 femtosecond to 1 second is equal to 1 second compared to 32.5 million years. Kinda puts things in perspective for me...
They got the picture from one of those UFO's we've heard so much about. They are out there, I've seen 'em!

Don't you know that UFO's are really part of a secret goverment agency? We've had interstellar travel since Roswell.
