Well... that was fun....
I awoke to about 5" (12.7cm) of snow on the ground.
Around 6am, I broke out the snowblower and hit my house and the neighbors (all 5 of them), then proceded to drive to work (leaving 30 minutes early).
There was about 1/2" (1.27cm) of ice on Upriver Drive, and the average safe speed was 20 mph (32.2 kph).
More snow is coming (it's snowing like mad right now on the Sunset Hill).
How did you fare?

The drive in this morning was alright, had to come all the way down to Upriver though, I'm done with Bigalow for the winter I think.
Last night it did however take me 2 hours to leave work, pick up the wife, and get to the kid's school up by our house. That sucked. But no accidents.
Also, the 6 car accident that closed Bigalow last night... caused by a lady in an SUV trying to pass a string of cars. She lost control, go figure.

More came overnight!!!

I only remember a few people from back in the day... Christian, Chris Mac, and Mr. Wheeler.
There was a woman too... her name escapes me at the moment... but she was somewhat unpleasant to deal with. Fortunately... she worked the Acro Tier 2 and I only had to talk to her once.
Ahhh... nostalgia.

Oh... I remember the names.
She's the lady that told EsDavid that he should only talk to her via email. Their cubes were right next to each other.
Let's see.... there was Acrobat Sam! I dug her. Tough as nail ex florida printer. Kind of an androgyne. In fact, one day I was out, and she sat in my cube. We had the same haircut so it confused Scott. (Haircut: Stubble)
The Photodeluxe Tech Writer lady. She had a celtic harp in her cube. She liked to wear pants with big holes in them. She was pretty.
J Brown. The lead for PhotoDeluxe. Dark complected and cute. Kind of a bettie page thing going on.
The Persuasion crew was Kathrine, Kay, and EsDavid. EsDavid once told Joe Levi and I that the white spot on his head was from when he fell to earth and his antenna broke off.
Huh. Okay!
I don't remember many others. There was the Acrobat lead... kinda looked like a surfer guy. I don't remember the names of the FrameMaker folks either, except that MY HATRED BURNS OF ONE THOUSAND AND SIX SUNS for the trainer lady they sent over. Apparently I put the sand very deeply into her sensitive spots, and there was no forgiving me for it. (Well, she WAS there to train her replacements. But in all honesty, we got served the same shitsandwich a couple months later, didn't we. Thanks for taking it out on a buncha mooks what do the same job as you, lady.)

I remember Christian, Chris, Sam and J Brown. I didn't make it over to Seattle as many times as you guys so my experience isn't as alll-encompassing. Chris was incredibly patient with me, which I might recall on my deathbed.
And it seems someone else came over to train on Pagemill/Sitemill, but it might have been Chris. Seems like I remember someone else though.
