Apparently Tom DeLay's feble attempt at delaying justice isn't working out so well for him.

His defence team sucessfully got the judge who was supposed to hear his case ousted due simply because he was a registered democrat.

Today, the Texas Supreme Court appointed a new judge to the case. Oops... he's a democrat too.

Perhaps if DeLay hadn't been such a strong-arm bastard, I might feel sorry for him. Well... probobly not.
