As far as my book goes, the expression has a new name. Toes, schmoes... Its all about cruisin down to the pool to check out the 'toads. Oh wait... I'm not 14 anymore. Oh well... Never stopped me before.

Another weird Kansas link.
My coworker is from Hill City, KS. I showed him the picture and he saw mention of the "Hayes Daily News".
He said "WOW! That's like the next city over from where I'm from!"
