Dialog is in French, so, since I'm such a genius, I guess it's a French film. Some kick a$$ action, though, whatever the language.

Very cool indeed.

Good thing that rope was just hanging outside the window for no apparent reason. :)

Banlieue 13 (2004)
A fench remake of "Escape from New York".

The Actor/Stuntman is Cyril Raffaelli. He was also in "KOD: Kiss of the Dragon" and did stunt work on "the Transporter".
Cyril Raffaelli wrote:Every action scene in the movie is real; there is absolutely no wire work of any kind. It is also evident in the movie that there are also no mattresses or nets in any of the shots.

Before you go out and find it, watch the trailer on the movies web site. The apartment building sceen looks like it may the best in the film. It may be that we have seen all that is fit to be seen.

That is so cool. They have a whole bunch of videos like that were people are just using giant buildings as toys. New York City....one bit playground. Although...it would suck to see what happens when somebody slips.
