Mexico to the rescue?

You know that the comparisons to third world countries are apt when you find out that Mexico is helping with water purification.
And when it comes to pure water... Mexico knows what they're doing!
This is the first time the Mexican millitary has stepped foot on american soil since we stole Texas from them in the 1800's.
