Gimme a break if this has been previously posted... I think the only thing a bigger waste of space than double posting a topic is yet another post advising same!

So ... http://earth.google.com/ is very cool. What makes it different is the 3D effects on most big cities. I entered my home address, visited it, then some of the other places in the world I have lived (such as in the UK) the thing pans out ... moves over .. and then drops down.

Play around with it .. it's FREE!

I think the only thing that's been double posted is that you don't want to be made fun of for double posting. And humiliating a double poster, my friend, is a right we hold dear in the brhf.

When and if you're time comes, just know it isn't personal. Considering the person I give the most crap to about that is Eve and Eve is someone I consider a friend, I wouldn't take it so personally.

Don't worry PM, RD still holds the record for time between a double post. Was it even a day?

I don't take it personally, just don't see the point, or think it funny or have any value add! Some people really don't have the time to read EVERY post and "humiliating them" may not be all that clever to everyone!

For the record piggy, I am SO in love with google earth.

And, if you're into google earth, make sure you visit the keyhole community forums where other Google Earth tragics post bookmarks to interesting locations they have found. All you have to do is "open" the link and it flies you there in Google Earth.
