It is amusing, and true in many ways...and how clever to pass off the venting of a bad mood as biting social commentary on a global phenomenon.
Please forgive the following, but it rather reminds me of a rather old and biting song by Elton John:

Did I mention that he was right on many counts?

OTOH, the guy is rather funny, though I would have placed him in NYC, not Salt Lake.
