What did you do this weekend?

I bought one of these.

Same color, but the tonneau cover is a solid fiberglass one, color matched of course.

Got the small engine, 4.7L. But just about every other option. I think I am going to like this truck.

Plans for the future include, superchips module, K&N filter, Cat-back exhaust system and headers...

Gotta make it a bit more powerful to pull the trailer...at least that's the excuse I am using to the other half.

HEY!!!

How come you didn't just buy mine? :)

I think you'll like it. I love mine, just wish I had the money to buy out the lease. I should be getting a "new" used vehicle here in the next month or so.

Congrats on the purchase.

Cause you don't finance...:)

I already like it, underpowered for my taste...but I can fix that.

I got to go to my in-law's 25th wedding anniversary in Walla Walla, Washington.

Fun time... fun times.

Boating with Rum and Coke on Saturday, cherry picking and Kill Bill marathon (again) yesterday. This morning we slept in and then went to have Sushi for lunch. I am however, back at work now, and it *does* suck. For the record.

Just the demo?

Out of the three restaurants in Lawrence, one of them is better than edible, but yes its good. However, lunch for the two of us cost $30. I spoil the girl.

Yes... just the demo... and the demo only comes with one map.

The gameplay is just that good.

Heh... my son and I kept grabbing a Saker - FFAV, racing to the enemy base, and gunning them down or running them over at about 70 mph. While I'm sure they didn't find it nearly as entertaining as we did, it was wildy funny.

Rip through the base... guns blazing and having the vehicle bounce when we ran someone down, then race out the other side... pull a u-turn, do it again!

Yeah... a well placed anti-tank missle would end our reign of terror... but we'd just respawn, grab another vehicle, and do it again.

Still, compared to some sushi joints west of the Cascades, you had a cheap lunch.

Next time I get to the coast, I need to get some o' that! <sigh>

Next time you come out this way, gimme a holler, I'll buy the sushi!

w00t!

I will accept that offer...I don't know when I will be out that way. Besides, I'd love to have a proper catch-up!
