Eat and be healthy

The goverment released a new food pyramid and you can type up your details and see just how much you should consume in a day.

For example, here's mine.

I sure am glad that they're spending money on this! Lord knows how people pay far more attenting to their eating habbits than to... say... lack of funding in public schools.

But thats taboo. :-)

I am obviously not get enough of my Beer & Liquor requirements :lol:

Mine was the same. I think I eat more than that alone for dinner. I guess that means if I want seconds I will have to go workout for more that an hour. :cry:

BTW - I am not overwieght or well on my way to it. Bio can attest to this.


Does sex (of anykind :twisted: ) count as a workout? Because if it does I may have a way out of this!
