Ouch!

My arm got a little beating from archery practice today....looks a lot worse now that everything had a chance to darken....but here is a pic.
All I have to say is ouch!

Don't they have arm guards???
You should get one if they don't...
OH, and don't bend your elbow backwards when you pull the string to full draw...it hurts a LOT less that way.

They have arm guards, but they are pretty crappy. And I was wearing a long sleeve shirt when I did that too. I don't know why I bend my arm funny, but I stand funny too.
