Unloved and underpaid

I was dorking around at payscale.com.
After finishing their long damn questionaire, I found out the following:
For my job, with my skills and experience, in this area, I'm underpaid by about $15,000 per year.
Heh... I don't think I'll mention that at my review (we've laid a lot of people off... I'm lucky to still have my job)
