Its' constantly in flux.
I was digging through the database to see if I could find where it's stored and reset it back to 11 (the last legit number), but I didn't see it (then again, I didn't look very long).
I guess it doesn't matter much. It does, however, make this little armpit of the intraweb look a little more popular than it is.
