Battlestar Galactica kicks off on the SciFi channel in about 45 minutes.

Yay!!

I've seen the mini-series they kicked this off with a couple times. It's looking pretty good, but only time will tell.

Oh yeah... Starbuck is a chick! (which isn't too far off because the origional Starbuck was a HOMO!!).

Just finished watching it this morning (gotta love Tivo), and I have to say I like it. It's a nice updated take on the original premise. With of course all the new effects and designs. Not too sure about the blonde gal that only the doctor can see, I hope they explain that soon. Other than that I like it. And I did like the original back in it's day, just like I used to like the old campy Batman series, but now they both just look way too cheesy to me.

I must have missed that part in the mini-series. Makes much more sense now, not sure if I like it still, but makes more sense.
