Get well soon, Baldy!!

Baldy is in the hospital. He had surgery on Wednesday to correct his messed up esophagus (they removed a section, then raised his stomach a bit and reattached it).
No fun there!
I stopped by the hospital to vist him last night and he seems to be doing well (he was chock-full-o-morphine though).

Hehe... he's now physically unable to vomit. With what they did to his guts, making a one way only valve into the stomach, it's impossible for him to hurl.
I say we feed him syrup of Ipecac and sit back and watch the fun.

I'm Alive!
Back home, and fighting fit ( well i feel like i fought Tyson ) They did the whole thing laproscopically, so i only have five tiny tiny cuts on my chest and stomach. I'm on a liquid diet ( but nooo beer boooooooo!) for a few weeks, then i can move up to easily digestable solids ( but no meat, how am i supposed to survive!) The good news is that after about three months i should be able to eat ANYTHING! So poppers... yummmmm
