After taking 5 days of vacation time and a total of 12 days off straight (including weekends), I am back to work. Uhg.
sleeping late, smoking too many cigs and just lazing around the house set me up for the "hung over" feeling I have this morning. This sux.

At least we get 4 seasons here, and no hurricanes or tornadoes...well, big ones, anyway. Ice storms are a novelty, not a way of life. Most heavy rainfall drains off quickly - no floods. When it's hot, it's almost never muggy. The only real complaint about the weather is that it is rather dry most of the time.bio wrote:Remind me again why the hell I live this far north.

My big thing is that Spokane is big enough to have what I want and small enough to not have what I don't.
Rush hour here means it will take you an extra 5 minutes to get someplace.
And I guess the weather isn't that bad. I grew up on the plains of South Dakota. It may get cold here, but at least it's not windy all the damn time.
