When I was in a follow-on tech school a Keesler AFB in 1986, there was an interesting article in OMNI magazine. Very much the same. It was a prescribed pill for ailment, I forget what. But one of the side affects we -very- peculiar. . .

When a person yawned (yup, regular "I'm tired" kind of yawn), the person would experience and orgasm. The article spoke with many patients who were using the drug and reporting the symptom. One guy who talked with the magazine said it was pretty cool, except that he had to wear a rubber all day, in case he -did- yawn.

I tried locating the article a couple years ago when a similar subject came up. I never could find it though. I -do- know it was prior to February 1986.

I had a similar problem many years ago in that whenever I sneezed, I had an orgasm.
