We just made one up in the lab.
It works -best- at about three feet away, with one eye closed. At about 10 feet, it works okay with both eyes, and best in color.

Um, no. Sometimes this darn KVM thing screws me up. I probably highlighed the proper link and -thought- I copied it, but then when I pasted, it pasted what was already on the clipboard. Something I posted elsewhere.
