We did that recently. We opted for the call-in number which allowed us to sign up for the "Do not f**king EVER disturb us" list.

We received the appropriate paperwork, which gets filled out and sent back. They want a whole lot of details to make sure they don't accidentaly give out something.

I did this about 10 years ago and it worked great! Unfortunately, now I've moved, and I think thier stop program is only good for so many years.

I recommend it.
