OK. so everyone knows i'm British. and the British have a genetic defect.... ( ok maybe more than one! ) We are collectively afraid of nothing except Dentists! So this week i accompanied the mrs to here...
The 143rd Chicago Midwinter Dental Conference
Apart from being terrified of everything and everyone ( there are drilling demonstrations here! ) I have come to realize that it isnt just the IT / Tech ppl who are geeks. I witnessed dentisits wizzing off snapshots at the trade show, ooooohing and aaaahing over new polymers and generally getting genuinely excited at the shiny new dental toys.
I think there is too much in the way of medications in these ppl. NO2 is obviously your friend!

If only they still used nitrous..... I think they realized they were rewarding bad dental behaviour.
