Traveling for Christmas?

Post by bio » Wed Dec 12, 2007 11:19 am

Well... if you stay in a hotel, don't EVER drink from the glasses in your room!

I worked in hotels for years. At the ones I worked at, they replaced the glasses with clean ones every day. This is just gross!

I always drink out of sealed bottles when traveling - no bacteria in my belly thanks!

I never stay anywhere expensive enough to put glasses out. Usually its the plastic cup, individually wrapped. Though to be honest, when brushing my teeth I usually just cup my hands under the faucet. Which is way more than anyone really needs to know.

That is why I only drink from soda bottles. Of couse, these too have their own problems. You never know what has been on that bottle before it meets your lips. Cans are the worst. Those sit site unknown for weeks before being sold to people. You have no idea what has been all over them.

Word to the wise, WASH everything before putting it to your lips and mouth. For real!!!
