Today my manager's manager pulled me into an office and offered me a job managing a team of 15-20 Xbox Support Agents. I expressed interest in the position, but there were no interviews.
I accepted.
Someone buy me a gun and a BBQ; I'm moving to Texas.

TEXAS!? Oh know, better know your god and guns.
Either way, congrats on the new position. What exactly does an Xbox support agent do?

Well, you've got at least one friend in the midwest already. The Central Time Zone will be lucky to have you.

These particular agents are the cream of the crop - the highest you go in the support system. They handle unique issues, legal issues, all the good stressful stuff...

I'm counting on it - I plan to make regular trips to Austin.
