Epoc is creating a game controller that you wear on your head. They claim that it can read your thoughts and emotions, and use those to control a PC or console game.

They say that it can detect your emotions (calm or anxious), facial features (smile, wink, etc), and even detect when you want to lift or move something.

That would be fun to try out and see how it works. I'm still a bit sceptical though. What will it do when my thoughts say "I have to pee?" I wonder if it will let me pee on things...hmmm. Then I could play with more organs.
