In this instance, I'm not taking much offense to the slight. It isn't exactly a country that is in any position to talk crap on another's reputation. What we say about North Korea is pretty much what the world says about North Korea. Its just, as usual, we're #1 so we get the brunt of the reaction. Oh, and we have a war-mongering president too. So that doesn't help.
I just thought it was funny that North Korean propaganda utilizes bad punk rock music. Although, I have to admit, I was humming it after it was finished. And the cartoon at the beginning... If an American was to portray Asians in that way, it would be called racist.
