Accordian guy is funny

Post by Rocketdork » Fri May 06, 2005 9:36 am

Lots of good posts on his site recently...a couple of my favorites...

Speed Dating for Vegatarians...the part about evolution and carnivores is just funny.

Time travel conventions.

Indian (country) Superman with movie clips!

A scary personal ad

And Finally An overheard conversation

All just made me giggle...

Weird that its a scary personal ad. I know lots of girls (mine included) who love Joy Division. And sure, Crispin Glover is insane, but its charming on him.

I mean, I don't get that...

Did you look at the add? Not that the part that Accordian guy put on his site makes you pull back, its the actual add that disturbs me. I mean Hall and Oats albums put him "in the mood".

I can't find a link to the supposed ad. All I can find are his personal comments on it. But if the mystery link leads to the Onion, he is aware that those are fake, right?!

Once again, apart from the Hall & Oates (80s-era powerballadry is very popular in the gay community), I just don't see anything dramatically weird about the guy. If I were in CA, gay and single, I'd probably go after him. Seems like a nice guy.

I just wish I understood what's funny about this. Not making a point, just trying to understand, that's all.
