media center pc

hi guys

was thinking of retiring my box soon:

AMD athlon XP 3200+
Nforce 2 + IGP 32mb Geforce MX
2048mb DDR 400
WD 120GB IDE
NEC 3250A DVDRW

basicly i have a spare PCI slot and wanted to put together a media PC presuming using windows media center edition is a good idea, what would be a good tv tuner card thats compatible with MCE 2005 to get for about $80 USD?

also my memory frequency is detected @ 333mhz BUT before i uninstalled my 9800 pro it was automatically detected as 400mhz. what settings in the bios would i need to tweak to get it back to what it should be? or could this be a feature of my board?
