Battlestar Galactica is back, and....

Post by bugfreezer » Sat Jan 07, 2006 8:24 pm

Things got interesting.

Except for the bit where the two guys in the clink awaiting execution get almost girly & noble (& Stuffs) about who gets the girl (who is not a girl).

The rest of it is wicked divide and conquer. Admiral Cain is one nasty critter!

I'm being vague...I think they will rebroadcast it Monday night.

Yeah, Bio missed it so I couldn't talk to him about it on Saturday night. Good episode though. It's funny how a lot of people "worried" about how this new incarnation would turn out. The whole Starbuck is a chick thing. I think this is a great re-invention. And the space scenes are incredible. Love the cinematography.

It all ends tonight... well at least until October. GOOD LORD OCTOBER!!!!

Found a site with some spoilers for tonight but I'm doing my best not to look at 'em. I'd rather be surprised. Hopefully they'll reveal another Cylon version. Still 6 more to see.

October is a bit of a stretch....

My vote for the next model is...ummm...Mrs Tigh! She always seemed to be leading Saul astray.

...ok, that was lame.

Ooo No Spoilers yet. I just watched "Downloaded" Last night.

I need to catch up with the Part 1 tonight before watching Part 2 when it airs.

Downloaded as excellent. I'd have to say that's just about my favorite episode this season.

Nope, no spoilers here. I'm gonna watch it tonight, then go back to the site and see how close they were.

My next vote for a Cylon (that we already are familiar with) is the recently deceased Billy.

Well, that's all, folks...

Overall, they've really turned up the quality. I just don't want to wait 6 mos. Things definitely took an unexpected turn. And proof positive that democracy has its weaknesses.

I've seen a total of 3 episodes from this season.

It doesn't come on until 10pm here... and I'm old. I tend to fall asleep halfway through Stargate Atlantis.

We are, however, talking about dumping cable and going with satalite instead. Then it would be on at 7pm. Hell.... I'd be able to watch it then.

Seriously, that episode was a big WTF to me around the 1 hour mark.

Also Also: Anyone want to open a *SPOILER* thread so we can get down to the nuts and bolts?

Also Also Also: Bio - The internet is your friend. It wants you to time shift things.

Also Also Also Also: Don't you have a tivo? That's what it's for!
