I'm envious, I only spent 10 days there, plus a couple of layovers going to/from south africa - I wish I could take the fam there a while.

So about what part of the UK do you live? I was in the USAF stationed at RAF Mildenhall, RAF Alconbury and RAF Lakenheath.

Most of the time I lived in near PM Major's home town in St Ives, Cambs...

Loved riding my 91 Harley over most of East Anglia and sure enjoyed the sound of those Hog pipes rumbling against those tall stone walls and skinny villiage streets.

i'm from Yorkshire ... further north ... i've been to mildenhall for the air show there, het years ago when i was a kid .....


of course i dont live there now .....

now i'm a legal alien in the U.S. .... and i dont speak martian at all!
