Shortly afterwards, the Roast'em Grill company was sued for 13 million dollars. Shortly Shmudflapp, who filed the lawsuit, said on the advice of legal counsel, "Well, the instructions never said I couldn't use the Porta-Grill in the privacy of my own truck while driving."
However, in a ruling handed down yesterday, the court not only threw the case out with extreme prejudice, but ordered Shmudflapp to pay Roast'em Grill's court costs, suspended his driver's license for three years and ordered to perform 300 hours of community service, excluding cooking meals.
A source inside the courthouse was reported to have said after the ruling that the judge was still laughing.

Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing ever happened.
