Help my wife pick a motorcycle

Ignore the colors... just let me know your favorite style (and yes... they're almost all the "classic crusier" style... we like that).

All the bikes are metrics (no hogs... they cost stupid amounts of money).

Here are the current options:

Suzuki Intruder 800cc

Image
Suzuki Volusia LE 800cc

Image
Kawasaki Drifter 800cc

Image
Honda Aero 750cc

Image
Yamaha V-Star 1100cc

You'll notice that none of the motorcycles listed is bigger than 1100cc. My wife is short. A 1700cc Warior is a recipe for death! :-)

I thought she was going to take yours and YOU were going to get a new bike? What happened to that deal? BTW I voted for the Drifter, it's nice!

Let me refer you to the original post:

My opinion (and my wife shares this) is that Harly Davidsons are ugly (V-ROD excluded) and are insanely expensive for what you get.

I don't give a rats ass about resale value later. When I can buy something thats 10 times more reliable for 1/3 the price... it's hard to say no.

I voted for the Suzuki Volusia. Something about the shape, and specifically the seat, is very sleek and stretched-looking and make me picture a girl sort of sitting back on it, like this. (*Not sure if this is work friendly*)

Btw, Pigman: you know a girl with pure white hair?? That's bad-ass. I've wanted pure white hair for a while now, but the options I have to try and achieve it are still in their early stages. In other words, hairstuff isn't good enough yet. The closest I can get is a rather fried bleached blonde. :( I am crossing my fingers that when I get very old I will get it naturally :D Maybe I'll just pick up a wig.

Alittle high on the price but hey she is worth it.

nice looking bike, but as bio said a little too big. The Vegas is a 1500cc, she needs to stick to about 1100cc. I ride a 1600cc Roadstar myself and love it.

I'd vote, but I know nothing r.e. motorcycles. Whichever model is least likely to break, I'd guess.

You don't need to know anything about them... just which one you think is pretty.

We still haven't gotten out to look at them. Perhaps this week.

OK then...

If pretty is the criteria and I'm thinking about how a gal'd look on it (excluding color), I would say Drifter 1st, Aero 2nd.

It's all about the curves, bay-bee!
