Police in Los Angeles know that they work in the car chase capitol of the world.
They are now testing a new tool to reduce the number of high speed chases.
Using a laser sight and air cannon (mounted behind the grill), they fire a sticky GPRS equiped dart at the fleeing car. They then just track it and set up road blocks ahead.
